A wall of possibilities, our APPS silent auction offers a variety of wonderful items at incredible prices. Items such as vouchers for restaurants, personal training, fashion items, beauty products, homewares and the like. Or maybe you need services such as interior designers, architects, financial planners or a handyman! Better still, escape it all with experiences such as a weekend away (got a holiday house?), sky-diving, luxury car hire and more. If you've got an idea for an auction item, please get in touch with Nadine Armstrong.

Vintage Clothing & More
Find yourself a vintage gem at our pre-loved stall – clothes, bags, shoes, accessories - everything old is new again! Start your clean out now and donate your pre-loved goodness to the fete (because who has time or patience for eBay?). Drop off day is Thursday 28 Feb and Friday 1st March only. Please note: if you would not give it to your best friend then don’t give it to us. We pride ourselves in a beautifully curated stall. Drop items to school hall.
Lucky Jars are recycled jars filled with treats, crafts, pom-poms, beanie boos, lego, erasers, pencils, shopkins, footie cards, jewellery, toy cars, beads, figurines, stickers, hair accessories… the possibilities are endless!
Priced at $1, $2, $3 and $5 our lucky jars are the bargain of the fete and a big favourite with kids - they not only love contributing to this stall but also buying something their friends have made. We encourage you to re-cycle goodies no longer needed as this is in-keeping with our sustainability policy and a great opportunity to clean out cupboards and pass on your trash for someone else’s treasure.
Tips for making your Lucky Jar:
Pick a theme to appeal to the Lucky Jar connoisseur such as a movie or book theme, animals, sport, pampering, stationery, craft activities, games etc.
All items must be clean and safe and any lollies should be in wrappers.
Fill jars and decorate creatively. The most attractive jars sell first!
Be sure to put your name and class on the bottom of each jar.
Lucky Jars can be dropped to your classroom from Thursday 14 February.
Final day to bring Lucky Jars is Thursday 28 February.
Judging will take place after school on 28 Feb.
Lucky Jar Prizes
The maker of the BEST Lucky Jar from each class will win a voucher for a Jock’s ice cream.
Jock’s judging criteria includes creative ideas using re-cycled items, eye-catching decoration and quality contents.
Save your books! As a school community of readers and book-lovers we want and need more good quality second-hand children's books for both our library and fete book stall. Please save all of your pre-loved children's and adult books! Every book that is donated to the school goes to a new home and helps stretch our library budget.
Beautiful APPS Hampers are created entirely from donations made by APPS parents and raffled off on Fete day to very lucky winners!
Please bring gourmet items such as jams, pickles, crackers, olive oil, olives, coffee, tea, wine, champagne, chocolate, cook books, a chopping board or serving plate for collection in the 'Hamper Donations”' box located in your child’s class.
All items are appreciated and we also encourage parents to get together and pool money for a hamper item. i.e. instead of a small item you may get a cook book or a more expensive food item or a voucher for a restaurant.
Tickets are priced at $5.00 each and each child will bring home five tickets to sell. Sell as many as you can to family, friends and neighbours and please collect additional tickets from the office if you are particularly successful! When selling tickets please make sure a name and telephone number is written on the butt of each ticket sold.
Return ticket butts and money to your class teacher by Thursday 28th February. Any unsold tickets should also be returned at this time so that we can continue to sell them on fete day.
You can help out by making a donation and by selling raffle tickets prior to and on the big day.
